1. Acceptance

By using nugglets.com or any Nugglets account, plan, dashboard, support, or demo feature, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. The service

Nugglets is an early-stage ecommerce software product. Nugglets is being built to help ecommerce operators understand profit, organize store operations, and make clearer decisions from one workspace.

3. Feature availability

Features may change, be delayed, be removed, or be released in a different form. Some pages describe product direction, preview workflows, or planned capabilities. The What Is Live page is the public source of truth for current availability.

4. Accounts

If account access is available to you, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Nugglets may limit, pause, or remove access to protect the product or other users.

5. Payments

Public payments and subscriptions are not currently active through Nugglets. Do not treat pricing, checkout, billing, or subscription language as active unless the What Is Live page says those flows are verified and available.

6. Business decisions and outcomes

Nugglets does not guarantee business outcomes, revenue, profit, supplier performance, product performance, sales, or tax/accounting accuracy. You remain responsible for decisions made using Nugglets information and should review source data before acting.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use Nugglets for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or security-harming activity. Do not attempt to access data or administrative tools that are not intended for you.

8. Your data

You retain responsibility for business data you enter or connect. Nugglets may store and process that data only as needed to provide available product, preview, support, security, and administrative functionality.

9. Changes

These Terms may change as Nugglets develops. The "Last updated" date will change when material edits are made.
