Subscription Policy
How Nugglets subscription plans work, including auto-renewal, upgrades, downgrades, cancellation, and the free plan.

1. Plans & what's included
Nugglets is offered as a subscription to our dropshipping management platform. Each plan unlocks a different set of features and usage limits, shown on our Pricing page. We offer a free plan and one or more paid plans. How you are charged for paid plans is described in our Billing Policy.
2. Auto-renewal
- Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) until you cancel.
- By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges to your payment method for the plan you selected, plus any applicable taxes.
- Your renewal date and current plan are always visible under Settings → Billing.
3. Upgrades & downgrades
- Upgrading: you can move to a higher plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and may be prorated for the remainder of your current billing period.
- Downgrading: you can move to a lower plan; the change typically takes effect at the start of your next billing period, and reduced limits or features apply from then.
- Switching between monthly and annual billing is handled at your next renewal unless stated otherwise at checkout.
4. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing in your dashboard:
- Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep paid features until the end of the current billing period.
- After that, your account moves to the free plan; we do not delete your store, order, or supplier data.
- Refund eligibility after cancelling is described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Free plan, trials & offers
Our free plan lets you use Nugglets with limited features at no cost. We may also offer free trials, founding-member discounts, or early-access offers. Unless stated otherwise, when a trial or promotional period ends, your plan continues at the standard price for the cycle you selected, and our Billing Policy applies from the first paid charge. We may limit promotional offers to one per customer.
6. Your data & account access
You own the store, order, supplier, and product data you add to Nugglets. Whether you are on a paid or free plan, your data remains in your account. If you downgrade, some features that display or process that data may be limited, but the underlying data is retained. To permanently erase your data, use our data deletion request. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
7. Eligibility & acceptable use
Your use of any Nugglets subscription is also governed by our Terms of Service, which include eligibility requirements and acceptable-use rules. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and not to abuse, resell, or share your account in violation of those Terms.
8. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate a subscription if payment cannot be collected (see our Billing Policy), if our Terms of Service are breached, or if required by law. Where appropriate, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. You may end your subscription at any time by cancelling as described above.
9. Changes to plans & this policy
We may add, change, or retire features and plans over time, and we may update this Subscription Policy. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate and apply going forward. Price changes are handled under our Billing Policy.
