Billing Policy
How Nugglets charges for paid plans, including billing cycles, payment methods, taxes, receipts, and failed payments.

1. Overview
This Billing Policy explains how Nugglets charges for paid subscriptions to our dropshipping management platform. It works alongside our Subscription Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Terms of Service. Plan names and prices are shown on our Pricing page.
2. Billing cycles & renewals
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis, depending on the cycle you choose at checkout.
- Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period using your saved payment method, until you cancel.
- Each renewal covers the next billing period. The date of your first charge sets your renewal date going forward.
- You can view your current plan and next renewal date anytime under Settings → Billing in your dashboard.
3. Payment methods & processor
We process payments securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We accept the major credit and debit cards supported by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise Nugglets and Stripe to charge your chosen payment method for the recurring subscription fee and any applicable taxes until you cancel. You are responsible for keeping your payment details current.
4. Taxes & currency
Prices are shown in the currency listed at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, prices may exclude applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST, which will be added where required by law and shown before you confirm payment. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your purchase that are not collected by us.
5. Invoices & receipts
A receipt is generated for every successful charge and emailed to the address on your account. You can also access your billing history and invoices from Settings → Billing. Please keep your email address up to date so receipts reach you.
6. Failed & late payments
- If a renewal payment fails, we (via Stripe) may automatically retry the charge over the following days.
- We may email you to update your payment method. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription may be paused or downgraded to the free plan.
- Your store, order, and supplier data is retained during this period - paid features are simply paused until billing is resolved.
7. Price changes
We may change subscription prices from time to time. If a price change affects your plan, we will give you reasonable notice before it applies to your renewals. Price changes never apply retroactively to a billing period you have already paid for. If you do not agree to a new price, you can cancel before your next renewal as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Billing errors & disputes
If you believe you were charged in error - for example a duplicate charge, a charge after cancelling, or an incorrect amount - contact us within 60 days of the charge and we will investigate promptly. Please reach out to us before opening a chargeback with your bank so we can resolve the issue directly and quickly. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
9. Payment security
Nugglets does not store your full card number. Card data is handled directly by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We store only limited, non-sensitive billing references (such as your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers) needed to manage your account. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Billing Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Material changes that affect how you are billed will be communicated where appropriate, and apply to charges made after the update.
