Billing Policy
How Nugglets charges for paid plans: billing cycles, payment processing, taxes, and receipts.

1. Plans & billing cycles
Paid plans (Starter, Pro, and Ultimate) are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly cycle and renew automatically until cancelled. A free plan is available with no payment required. See Pricing for current rates.
2. Payment processing
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. Nugglets does not store your full card details. Only enter payment information on the secure checkout page - never in support forms, contact forms, or email.
3. Taxes & receipts
Prices are shown in USD and applicable taxes may be added at checkout. Receipts and invoices are available from your billing page and are emailed by Stripe for each charge.
4. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we retry and email you to update your payment method. If it stays unpaid, paid features lock and the account moves to the free plan until billing is restored. Your data is retained.
