Request data deletion
Ask us to permanently erase all of your personal data from Nugglets.

1. Make a request
Enter the email address associated with your Nugglets account (or any data you've shared with us) and we'll erase it. You don't need to be signed in - but if you are, we'll match your account automatically.
2. What gets deleted
When we process your request, we permanently remove the personal data we hold about you, which may include your account, store details, orders, suppliers, inventory, support messages, and any wishlist or marketing entries tied to your email. Some records may be retained where the law requires (for example, invoices needed for tax compliance), but these are kept only as long as legally necessary and are not used for any other purpose.
3. How long it takes
We aim to action verified deletion requests within 30 days. We may email you to confirm your identity before erasing data, to make sure no one else can request deletion of your account.
