Nugglets is an ecommerce operations product. This policy describes the public website, account sign-up, paid plans and checkout, support/contact paths, and the dashboard and demo experiences available at nugglets.com.

2. Information we collect

• Account information: the name and email address used to create and secure your account.
• Billing information: the details needed to process a paid plan. Payments are handled by our processor, Stripe; Nugglets does not store full card numbers.
• Contact and support information: messages, email address, request type, and any details you choose to send.
• Website and device information: pages visited, IP address, browser details, cookies, and approximate location signals used for security, diagnostics, consent, and basic site operations.
• Information you enter in product areas: products, orders, suppliers, tasks, notes, and store data you add or sync into your dashboard.

3. How we use information

We use information to operate the website and dashboard, process payments and manage subscriptions, respond to support and privacy requests, improve the product, maintain security, and provide the account functionality available to you.

4. Payment processing

Paid plans and public payment processing are handled by our payment provider, Stripe, which processes your payment details under its own terms and privacy policy. Nugglets receives confirmation of a payment and limited billing metadata (such as plan and status), not your full card number.

5. Cookies and tracking

6. When information is shared

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help run the website, hosting, email, support, diagnostics, or other product operations, or when required for legal, security, or abuse-prevention reasons.

7. Security

We use reasonable safeguards for an early-stage web product, including HTTPS and access controls for administrative areas. Nugglets does not currently claim an independent security certification. Do not enter sensitive payment-card information into Nugglets support forms.

8. Privacy requests

You may request access, correction, deletion, or ask a privacy question using the data request page or by emailing hr@nugglets.com. We may need to verify ownership before acting on a request.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as Nugglets develops. The "Last updated" date will change when the policy changes materially.
