Refund & Cancellation Policy
How subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds work for your Nugglets dropshipping plan.

1. Subscriptions & billing
Nugglets offers paid subscription plans for our dropshipping management platform, billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Pricing and plan details are shown on our Pricing page.
2. Cancelling your plan
You can cancel your Nugglets subscription at any time:
- Go to Settings → Billing in your dashboard and choose to cancel or manage your plan.
- Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access to your paid features until the end of the current billing period.
- After that, your account moves to the free plan — your store, order, and supplier data is retained, not deleted.
3. Refund eligibility
Because Nugglets is a digital subscription service, payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. However, we want you to be happy with the platform, so we will consider a refund in cases such as:
- You were charged after cancelling and did not use the service in the new period.
- A duplicate or accidental charge occurred.
- A verifiable billing error on our side.
- A technical fault on our end that prevented you from using the platform and we could not resolve it.
Refund requests for annual plans made within 14 days of the initial charge will also be considered, provided the account has not been used extensively. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
4. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email nuggletssupport@nugglets.com from the email on your account with:
- Your account email and store name.
- The charge date and amount.
- A short reason for the request.
We aim to review and respond to refund requests within 5 business days.
5. Free plan & trials
Our free plan and any free-trial or early-access offer let you try Nugglets before paying. No charges apply to the free plan, so no refunds are needed. If a trial converts to a paid plan, the refund terms above apply from the first paid charge.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Changes apply to charges made after the update.
