Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Nugglets, a dropshipping management platform operated at nugglets.com. By creating an account, joining our wishlist, or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Nugglets.

2. The service

Nugglets provides software to help dropshippers and online sellers track profit and margins, manage suppliers, monitor orders and fulfillment, research products, and operate their store from a single dashboard. We may add, change, or remove features over time as we improve the platform. Some features may be offered as previews or roadmap items and may change before general release.

3. Accounts & eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Nugglets.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
• Notify us promptly at nuggletssupport@nugglets.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Plans, billing & renewals

• Nugglets offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plan features, limits, and pricing are described on our Pricing page.
• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment processor, Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• We may change plan pricing with advance notice. Changes apply to your next billing cycle.

5. Acceptable use

When using Nugglets, you agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose.
• Sell or list counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited products through stores you manage with Nugglets.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
• Upload malware or attempt to breach our security.
• Resell or sublicense the service without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Your content & data

You retain ownership of the orders, products, suppliers, and other business data you add to Nugglets ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your store data and we do not sell it. 7. Third-party integrations

Nugglets can connect to third-party services such as Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, and payment processors. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party platforms, and integrations may change or break if a provider modifies its systems.

8. Intellectual property

Nugglets, including its software, design, branding, logos, and content (excluding Your Content), is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding without prior written consent.

9. Disclaimers

Nugglets is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to keep the platform accurate and reliable, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that profit figures, product research, or analytics will be complete or accurate. Nugglets is a management tool, not financial, legal, or business advice. You are responsible for your own business decisions, tax obligations, and compliance.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nugglets and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using Nugglets and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that risks harm to us or others. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits) will continue to apply.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of Nugglets after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
