This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit nugglets.com or use the Nugglets dropshipping software, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By creating a Nugglets account, joining our early-access list, or otherwise using our services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information we collect

We collect information in the following ways when you use our dropshipping management tool:

Information you provide

• Account details — your name, email address, and password when you create a Nugglets account or join the wishlist.
• Profile & store settings — display name, store name, time zone, and preferences you set in the dashboard.
• Business data you enter — orders, products, suppliers, competitors, tasks, profit figures, and marketing content you add to manage your dropshipping store.
• Billing information — when you subscribe to a paid plan, payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We store your plan, subscription status, and renewal date, but we do not store full card numbers.
• Support messages — anything you send us through live chat, email, or comments.

Information we collect automatically

• Usage data — pages visited, features used, and actions taken in the dashboard, so we can improve the platform.
• Device & log data — IP address, browser type, and approximate location (city/region/country) used for security, analytics, and our live-visitor map.

4. Connected store & supplier data

Nugglets lets you connect third-party platforms — such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or BigCommerce — to import orders, products, and fulfillment status into your dashboard. When you connect a store:

• We access only the data needed to power your order management, inventory, and profit-tracking features.
• Access tokens are stored securely and used solely to sync your data on your behalf.
• You can disconnect a store at any time from your integration settings; we stop syncing immediately.

This data belongs to you. We do not use your store's customer or order data to train models, build profiles, or sell to third parties.

5. When we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in these limited cases:

• Service providers — trusted vendors that help us run Nugglets (e.g. payment processing, hosting, email, and analytics), bound by confidentiality obligations.
• Store integrations — platforms you choose to connect, only as needed to sync your data.
• Legal reasons — when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Nugglets and its users.
• Business transfers — if Nugglets is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred, subject to this policy.
